Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Forest Trunk Tree Services is licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB #243545), bonded, and insured. You can verify our license anytime on the CCB website.
What if something gets damaged?
We plan every job to protect your property, and in the rare case something is damaged, our liability insurance has you covered.
How to Prep Before We Arrive
On the Day
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For outdoor jobs we just need access and a way to reach you. We'll call when we're on the way.
What time will you arrive?
We'll give you an arrival window and call if anything changes.
How loud is it?
Chainsaws, chippers and stump grinders are loud. Most jobs wrap up in a day or less, and we always work within normal daytime hours.
What if it rains?
We work in normal Oregon rain. High winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions mean we'll reschedule. Your safety and ours come first.
Cleanup Standards
- All branches chipped and hauled away
- Wood cut to firewood length and stacked on request
- Lawns raked and driveways and walkways blown clean
- Stump grindings cleaned up, or left as mulch if you'd like
- A final walkthrough with you before we leave
- Our goal is to leave your yard cleaner than we found it. Our reviews say we usually do.
